摘　　要：透后疲劳感(postdialysis fatigue,PDF)是血液透析患者常见的衰弱症状之一,严重影响患者的日常生活质量,目前关于PDF的了解较少,相关机制不明确,相关的研究较少,且应用相同干预措施后得出的结果却大相径庭。本文对现有关于PDF的发病机制以及干预措施等研究进行综述,阐述PDF复杂的发病因素并提出干预措施指导临床工作。为了有效地改善透后患者的PDF,达到提高透析患者的生活质量及治疗依从性的目的,更深一步的了解、治疗和预防PDF具有极强的现实意义。Postdialysis fatigue (PDF) is one of the common debilitating symptoms in the patients receiving hemodialysis, which seriously affects daily quality of life. At present, little is known about PDF, related mechanisms are unknown, and related research is less. The results obtained after applying relevant interventions are extremely different. This article reviews existing research on the pathogenesis of PDF and interventions, explains the complex pathogenesis of PDF, and proposes interventions to guide clinical work. In order to effectively improve the patients' PDF after hemodialysis and improve the quality of life and treatment compliance of those patients, deeper understanding, treatment and prevention of PDF is of great practical significance.
