摘  要:焦炉装煤及出焦过程无组织排放烟气的收集处理,对焦化厂环境质量改善具有重要意义.针对焦炉封闭及通风除尘设计提出了“封闭一通风收尘-除尘器-烟囱”,“制冷机组送风机组-封闭厂房送风口”和“封闭事故风机,封闭-事故放散”三条工艺路线:本文明确了通风除尘工艺过程的设备形象流程,详细介绍了焦炉封闭网架结构和部分衔接节点的设置。It is important for improving the environmental quality of coking plants that the fugitive emissions of flue gas are collected and treated during the process of the charging coal and pushing hot coke. Three process routes are proposed for design of the enclosure, ventilation and dust removal of the coke oven, which contain °enclosure → ventilated for dust collection→dust collector→chimney”,“ refrigeration unit→air blower unit→ air outlet of the enclosure factory ” and "enclosure→^accident fan , enclosure->accident releaseM. In this paper, the equipment image flow of the ventilation and dust removal were designed, iind the structure of the enclosed grid and the setting of partial connection nodes also proposed for the enclosure of coke oven.
