摘  要:本文研究电工钢板的表面刻痕效应及激光刻痕细化带钢磁畴并降低涡流损耗的效果。采用不同激光器对某厂产高磁感取向硅钢表面进行激光刻痕试验,研究得出了优化的激光加工工艺参数,将HiB取向硅钢的铁损值(Pl7/50)较之刻痕前降低10%以上,同时磁感值保持不变。其机理是激光刻痕可使取向硅钢主磁畴宽度明显减小,导致带钢铁损值明显降低。In this thesis, the surface grooving influence on magnetic properties of silicon steel sheet and the domain refining effect of laser scratching as well as eddy loss are investigated. The technique is characterized by the introduction of various laser scratching on surface of grain - oriented silicon steel produced in one factory. With proper laser processing, the iron loss of HiB silicon steel sheet can be reduced by over 10% as compared with previous non - grooved one. Furthermore, in the mean time, the magnetic flux hold steady all the way. This iron loss reduction is due to the domain width reducing and eddy current loss which are considered to be caused by the laser grooving.
