摘　　要：宁波钢铁烧结机头电除尘已经运行十几年需要进行改造,改造期间烧结机不能停机,两个系列的除尘器需要轮流改造,改造期间烧结矿质量要满足高炉要求,围绕电除尘改造期间烧结机不停机和稳定烧结矿质量这两个条件,经过技术分析和现场勘查,确定改造方案,并配套相关技术达到了预期的效果。Ningbosteel' s Sintering Machine Head Electrostatic Precipitator has been in operation for more than ten years. During the transformation, the sintering machine can not be shut down. Two series of dust collectors need to be reformed in turn. During the transformation, the sinter quality should meet the requirements of blast furnace. Based on the two conditions of the sintering machine shutdown and the sinter quality stabilization during the transformation of electrostatic precipitator, the transformation scheme is determined through technical analysis and on-site exploration. And related tech no logies have achieved the desired results.
