摘　　要：解决钢铁企业备件仓储管理工作中存在的各类问题,通过对库存实物全面盘点、调研分析,系统梳理出供应与需求、库房、设备、人员、费用等瓶颈问题。按内、外部条件和物料特征,用定量分析、流程解析、制度规范等方法.进行运筹规划,提出合理化建议,实施技术改造,渐进系统化地予以解决备件仓储管理和作业难点,取得了良好管理效果与经济效益。In order to solve all kinds of problems existing in spare parts warehousing management in iron and steel enterprises, the bottlenecks of supply and demand, warehouse, equipment, personnel and expenses are systematically sorted out through comprehensive inventory and investigation and analysis. According to the internal and extemal conditions and material characteristics, the operation planning is carried out by means of quantitative analysis, process analysis and system specification. Rationalization suggestions are put forward, technical transformation is carried out, and difficulties in spare parts storage management and operation are solved giadually and systematically. Good management effects and economic benefits are achieved.
