摘　　要：本文介绍了1780轧机油膜轴承系统防水和治水的一些改进措施,以及油膜轴承油分水性能下降的处理措施,通过措施改进,系统进水得到有效控制,油膜轴承油消耗量显著降低.达到了预期效果。This paper introduces some improvement measures for waterproofing and water control of oil film bearing system of 1780 rolling mill, as well as the treatment measures for the decrease of water separating performance of oil film bearing. Through improvement measures, water in the system is effectively controlled and oil consumption of oil film bearing is significantly reduced, which achieves the expected effect.
