摘　　要：为保证油气管道工程用钢管标准的先进性和适用性,跟踪研究了国内外油气输送钢管的基础标准、具体工程的管道技术条件及通用管材技术条件的最新发展,并分析了其特点、关系及差异,提出了改进建议。研究表明:基础标准发展变化快,内容系统,适用范围广,但指标低且不具体;重要的油气管道工程必须在基础标准的基础上,针对工程特点,提高或补充相关技术要求,制定具体工程的管材技术条件;通用管材技术条件是基于基础标准补充制定的,但不针对具体管道工程,需要结合具体管道工程给出钢管数据单,确定必要的技术指标并补充技术要求。In order to ensure the advancement and applicability of the standards on the line pipes for oil and gas pipeline projects, the latest development of domestic and foreign basic standards, project technical specifications and general technical specifications on oil and gas transmission pipes was tracked and studied in this paper. In addition, their characteristics, relationships and differences were analyzed, and the suggestions for improvement were put forward. It is shown that basic standards are developed rapidly with systematic contents and wide application range, but their indexes are low and unspecific. As for important oil and gas pipeline projects, it is necessary to improve or supplement the relevant technical requirements and formulate the pipe technical specification for the specific project according to its characteristics, on the basis of the basic standards. General technical specifications are prepared on the basis of basic standards, but they are not aimed at specific pipeline projects. Therefore, it is necessary to provide the data sheet of line pipe, determine the necessary technical indexes and supplement technical requirements based on the specific pipeline project.
