摘  要:通过开展全尾矿絮凝沉降宏观实验,研究不同料浆质量分数、絮凝剂单耗下的尾矿静态絮凝沉降特征,分析泥层沉降速度变化趋势;基于沉降阶段与泥层沉降速度的对应关系,得到全尾砂絮凝沉降速度规律曲线;开展不同沉降区域尾矿颗粒微观实验,使用环境扫描电子显微镜(ESEM)观测尾矿絮凝沉降样品,分析不同沉降区域的尾矿颗粒粒径分布状况,探究不同粒径尾矿颗粒的沉降特性。研究结果表明:不同区域沉降颗粒分布存在差异,伴随不同沉降区域的形成、过渡和消失,全尾砂絮凝沉降速度规律曲线分为5个阶段,分别是自由沉降前段、自由沉降末段、干涉沉降前段、干涉沉降末段和压密段;沉降速度与颗粒粒径密切相关,粒径82.0μm以上颗粒不发生絮凝,以颗粒形式沉降到底部,粒径26.5~82.0μm颗粒难以发生絮凝,粒径10.0~26.5μm颗粒不易絮凝,粒径10.0μm以下颗粒易絮凝并以絮团形式沉降。Through the macroscopic test of flocculation sedimentation of total tailings,the experiment of different slurry mass fraction and flocculant consumption was carried out to analyze settling velocity variation of mud layer.The regularity curve of flocculation sedimentation velocity of total tailings was obtained based on the corresponding relationship between sedimentation stage and sedimentation velocity of mud layer.The micro-test of tailings particles in different settling areas was carried out,and the samples were observed by environmental scanning electron microscope (ESEM).The particle size distribution in different settling areas was analyzed,and the settling characteristics of different particle size tailings were investigated.The results show that there are differences in the distribution of sedimentation particles in different regions.During the formation,transition and disappearance of different settling areas,the curve of settling velocity of tailings flocculation can be divided into five stages:the front section of free settlement,the last section of free settlement,the front section of interference settlement,the last section of interference settlement and the compaction section.It is found that the settling velocity is closely related to the particle size.The particles with diameter above 82.0 μm do not flocculate and settle in the form of particles to the bottom,the particles with diameter between 26.5 and 82.0 μm are hard to flocculate,the particles with diameter between 10.0 and 26.5 μm are not easy to flocculate and the particles with diameter below 10.0 μm are easy to flocculate and settle in the form of flocs.
