摘 要:目的探讨全氟化碳汽化吸入(VPFCI)对肺冲击伤犬肺组织的miRNA影响。方法健康杂种犬18只(雌雄不限),随机分为2组:单纯肺冲击伤组(B组):给予小型冲击波发生器制作肺冲击伤模型。肺冲击伤全氟化碳汽化吸入通气组(BMP组):给予小型冲击波发生器制作肺冲击伤模型后,常规机械通气基础上予全氟化碳汽化吸入。实验结束后留取肺脏组织,应用miRNA芯片筛选全氟化碳汽化吸入作用肺冲击伤犬肺组织差异表达的miRNA及其靶基因。结果miRNA芯片筛选全氟化碳作用于肺冲击伤犬肺组织差异表达的miRNA23条及其靶基因449个。结论全氟化碳汽化吸入可能通过影响肺冲击伤犬相关miRNA及其靶基因的表达发挥生物学作用。Objective To investigate the differentially expressed miRNA in lung tissue of primary blast lung injuried canines by VPFCI.Methods Eighteen males or females crossbreed canines were divided randomly into two groups:BLI group(B)and BLI+MV+PFC group(BMP).The lung tissues were harvested at the end of the experiment.Differentially expressed miRNAs between B group and BMP group were detected by high-throughput study of miRNA chip.Results Totalled 23 differentially expressed miRNA and Totalled 449 target genes between B group and BMP group were detected by high-throughput study of miRNA chip.Conclusion Differentially expressed miRNA show that VPFCI may be playing a role on BLI.
