摘　　要：介绍一种新型的颈肩部一体式艾灸器,其可有效解决临床上颈肩部需同时施灸时的各类不便与问题。①新型艾灸器包括了箱体和防护网,箱体为下部开口的中空结构,箱体上部装有活动盖板;②施灸时可平稳地放于治疗床上,不需以患者身体为支撑;③箱体内设计有隔板,可对灸箱进行有效的隔开,分出颈部艾灸室和肩部艾灸室;④可同时配合针刺施术,和温针灸相比,本艾灸器有防护网,艾灰不会脱落直接烧伤患者;⑤艾烟集中在灸箱内,施灸温度稳定,烟雾小,污染少。新型艾灸器结构新颖独特、简单合理,易生产,成本低,操作方便,施灸效率高,污染少。This paper introduces a new one-piece neck-shoulder moxibustion apparatus,which effectively eliminates the inconvenience and problems caused by applying moxibustion treatment on the neck and shoulder simultaneously.①The new moxibustion apparatus is composed of a casing and a protective mesh. The casing has a hollow structure with an opening on the bottom,and has a movable cover plate on the top.②When applying moxibustion,it can be placed on the treatment bed steadily without the support of the patient’s body.③The casing has a partition board inside,which can effectively separate the casing to form a neck moxibustion compartment and a shoulder moxibustion compartment.④It can work with needling. Compared with warm needling,this moxibustion apparatus has a protective mesh,so that the ash will not fall off and cause burns to the patient directly.⑤The smoke is concentrated in the casing,and the moxibustion temperature is stable,with less smoke and pollution. The new moxibustion apparatus has a structure that is novel and unique,simple and reasonable. It has the characteristics of easy production,low cost,convenient operation,high moxibustion efficiency and less pollution.
