摘　　要：从治理维度审视当前政府数据开放中的隐私问题并展开研究,以期协调政府数据开放与隐私保护之间的平衡,为政府数据开放中的隐私治理提供新思路。厘清政府数据开放中的隐私治理对象分为普通社会公众的隐私信息与政府行政官员的隐私信息,基于相关数据调研与现状分析,提出在隐私信息治理中应慎重对待治理主体的配置、治理方式的选择、治理内容的处理以及治理效果的评判,以此来提升政府数据开放中的隐私信息治理能力。From the perspective of governance,the paper studies privacy issues in open government data to coordinate the balance between open government data and privacy protection,and providing new ideas for privacy governanee in open government data.The object of privacy governance in open govemment data is divided into the private information of the general public and government administrative officials.Based on releva nt data research and status analysis,in governance,we should carefully treat the allocati on of governance subjects,the choice of governanee methods,the treatment of governance content and the evaluation of governance,so as to enhanee the ability of privacy information governance in open government data.
