摘　　要：目的:对比两种方法治疗跟骨骨折术后并发症发生率。方法:对88例跟骨骨折釆用2种不同方法进行治疗,其中46例釆用撬拨法加手法复位治疗,42例采用切开复位钢板内固定治疗。按Sanders分型,88例跟骨骨折中,Ⅰ型27例,Ⅱ型31例,Ⅲ型23例,Ⅳ型7例。结果:A组感染3例(6.52%),骨折延迟愈合2例(4.34%),无不愈合,创伤性关节炎10例(21.74%),骨折平均愈合时间(4.6±0.56)个月;B组感染9例(21.43%),骨折延迟愈合9例(21.43%),不愈合4例(9.52%),创伤性关节炎22例(52.38%),骨折平均愈合时间(5.9±0.82)个月。2组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:跟骨骨折撬拨法加手法复位的术后并发症较少。Objective: To compare the postoperative complications of plates internal fixation and pokimg plus manipulative reduction in the treatment of calcaneal fractures. Methods: From September 2010 to May 2014, a total of 88 patients with calcaneal fractures were treated in our department. Pokimg with round osseous pin plus manipulative reduction were performed on 46 cases (group A) and open reduction plus plates internal fixation were performed on 42 cases (group B). The postoperative complications of 2 groups were compared. According to the Sanders classification, 27 cases of type Ⅰ, 31 cases of type Ⅱ, 23 cases of type Ⅲ and 7 cases of type Ⅳ. Results: In group A, infection, delayed union, traumatic arthritis happened in 3 cases (6.52%), 2 cases (4.34%) and 10 cases (21.74%) respectively, no disunion noted, the average healing time of fracture was (4.6±0.56) mon ths. In group B, infection, delayed union, disunion and traumatic arthritis noted in 9 cases (21.43%), 9 cases (21.43%), 4 cases (9.52%) and 22 cases (52.38%) respectively, the average healing time of fracture was (5.9±0.82) months. There was a significant difference between 2 groups (P<0.01). Conclusion: The postoperative complications of group A were lower than that of group B.
