摘  要:本文针对国内目前大型煤制甲醇和乙二醇联产项目的工艺技术选择,从煤气化单元到甲醇和乙二醇合成单元的工艺技术选择进行了初步分析和探讨。重点对煤气化单元水煤浆气流床气化技术和干粉煤加压气化技术进行对比分析;变换单元的深度、变换工艺重点进行了分析;净化单元的低温甲醇洗和NHD两种工艺进行对比分析;甲醇合成单元的Davy和Luigi甲醇合成工艺进行对比分析;介绍了目前国内乙二醇合成的工艺技术和联产的优势。In this paper,the process technology selection of large coal methanol and ethylene glycol co-pro. duction projects in China, and process technology selection of main units, from coal gasification unit to methanol and ethylene glycol synthesis unit,is primarily analyzed and discussed. This paper focuses on the comparative analysis of coal water slurry flow bed gasification technology and dry pulverized coal pressurized gasification technology in coal gasification unit;the depth transformation process of shift unit is analyzed in detail;the low temperature methanol washing and NHD processes of purification unit are compared and ana. lyzed;the Davy and Luigi methanol synthesis processes of methanol synthesis unit are compared and ana. lyzed;and the current domestic ethylene glycol synthesis technology and the advantages of co-production are introduced.
