摘  要:为了提高钛中矿中TiO2品位,对其进行了常压盐酸浸出试验,研究了浸出温度、浸出时间、液固比、盐酸浓度以及搅拌速度对浸出过程的质量减少率、铁浸出率、二氧化钛浸出率的影响规律.试验结果表明,盐酸浓度对浸出过程Fe和TiO2浸出率的影响最大,随着盐酸浓度的增加,TiO2的浸出率显著提高;水解过程可有效增加浸出渣中TiO2品位.在盐酸浸出-水解之后,浸出渣中TiO2品位可达47.54%.In order to improve the grade of TiCh in the titanium middling ore,the preparation of ilmenite concentrate by hydrochloric acid leaching of titanium middling ore at atmospheric pressure was investigated.The effect of liquid-solid ratio,leaching temperature,leaching time,hydrochloric acid concentration and stirring speed on the Fe and TiCh leaching rate,quality reduction rate were studied.The results showed that the concentration of hydrochloric acid had the greatest effect on the leaching rate of iron and TiCh during the leaching process.With the increase of hydrochloric acid concentration,the leaching rate of TiCh was significantly improved.The hydrolyzing process could effectively increase the grade of TiCh in leaching residue,the grade of TiCh in leaching slag can reach 47.54% by hydrochloric acid leaching and hydrolyzing process.
