儿童带状疱疹临床特点及治疗分析

摘　　要：目的分析儿童带状疱疹临床特点,为本病诊治提供参考。方法搜集2011年9月-2018年6月在本院皮肤科住院治疗的16例儿童带状疱疹临床资料并复习相关文献。结果 16例患儿年龄在2个月~13岁,均有典型皮损,皮损分布依次是头面部(5例),腰腹部(4例),四肢(4例),胸背部(3例),均未超过身体中线。带状疱疹患儿对抗病毒、营养神经、止痛等治疗反应良好,平均病程13.7 d,所有患儿均无带状疱疹后神经痛。结论儿童带状疱疹发病率低,治疗效果较好,几乎不发生带状疱疹后神经痛。Objective To analyze the clinical features of herpes zoster in children and to provide reference for diagnosis and treatment. Methods Clinical data of 16 children with herpes zoster treated in department of dermatology of our hospital from September 2011 to June 2018 were collected and relevant literature was reviewed. Results The age of patients ranged from 2 months to 13 years old and all the patients had typical lesions.The lesions were distributed on the head and face(n=5),waist and abdomen(n=4),limbs(n=4)and trunk(n=3),none of which exceeded the midline of the body.All the children responded well to anti-viral, nerve nutritional and pain relief therapy.The average course of the disease was 13.7 days.No postherpetic neuralgia was found in these patients. Conclusion The incidence of herpes zoster in children is low,and there is a favorable response to treatment,with minimal postherpetic neuralgia.
