摘　　要：目的观察虚拟现实训练对帕金森病患者步行能力的影响。方法随机选取2016年10月-2018年4月帕金森病患者28例,分为治疗组和对照组,各14例。对照组采用传统康复治疗方法;治疗组采用虚拟现实康复训练技术。采用功能步态评定(FGA)、定时"Up and Go"测试(TUGT)评定。观察治疗前后12周步行能力改善情况。结果治疗前,两组FGA评分(14.71±2.67 vs. 16.21±2.58)及TUGT时间(30.93±5.55 vs. 34.21±6.41)差异均无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。治疗后,两组FGA评分(21.21±3.95 vs. 18.43±3.09)及TUGT时间(35.14±5.07 vs. 37.86±3.92)均提高(P <0.05),治疗组步行能力改善程度优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论虚拟现实康复训练可改善帕金森病患者步行能力。Objective To observe the effect of virtual reality training on walking ability of patients with parkinson's disease. Methods 28 patients with parkinson's disease from October 2016 to April 2018 were randomly selected and divided into treatment group and control group, with 14 patients in each group. The control group received traditional rehabilitation therapy. The treatment group adopted virtual reality rehabilitation training technology. Functional gait assessment (FGA) and timed "Up and Go" test (TUGT) were used to assess. The improvement of walking ability in 12 weeks before and after treatment was observed. Results Before treatment, FGA score (14.71±2.67 vs. 16.21±2.58) and TUGT time (30.93±5.55 vs. 34.21±6.41) were not significantly different between the two groups (P > 0.05). After treatment, FGA score (21.21±3.95 vs. 18.43±3.09) and TUGT time (35.14±5.07 vs. 37.86±3.92) were improved in both groups (P < 0.05), and the improvement of walking ability in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Virtual reality rehabilitation training can improve the walking ability of patients with parkinson's disease.
