摘　　要：目的探讨研究皮内针联合西药治疗肿瘤化疗后恶心呕吐的临床效果。方法选择2017 年9 月—2018 年9 月我院收治的50 例肿瘤化疗治疗的患者为研究对象,并随机分为常规组(n =25)与治疗组(n =25),常规组中患者均单纯给予西医治疗,治疗组患者则行皮内针联合西药治疗,对比观察两组患者经治疗后的临床效果。结果治疗组患者在联合治疗后,其恶心呕吐症状控制率相比常规组更高,恶心呕吐程度降低,且治疗组中患者化疗结束后第2 天血清5-羟色胺(5-HydroxyTryptamine,5-HT)含量较之常规组大幅降低,在治疗后第3、5、7天呕吐发生率均低于常规组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论对肿瘤化疗患者给予皮内针联合西药治疗,可缓解其恶心呕吐症状,提高临床治疗效果。Objective To probe into and study the clinical effect of intradermal needle combined with western medicine in treatment of nausea and vomiting after cancer chemotherapy. Methods 50 cases of patients with cancer and who treated with chemotherapy in our hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 were selected as the research objects, and the patients were randomly divided into routine group (n =25) and treatment group (n =25). The routine group were only treated with western medicine, while the treatment group were treated with intradermal acupuncture combined with Western medicine. Then, the clinical effects of two groups of patients after treatment were compared and observed. Results After combined treatment of patients in the treatment group, the control rate of nausea and vomiting symptoms in the treatment group was higher than that in the routine group, and the degree of nausea and vomiting was lower. The serum 5-Hydroxy Tryptamine (5-HT) level in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the routine group on the second day after the end of chemotherapy. The incidence of vomiting on the 3^rd, 5^th and 7^th day after treatment was lower than that in the routine group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion The intradermal acupuncture combined with western medicine for chemotherapy for cancer patients, which can alleviate the nausea and vomiting symptoms and improve the clinical therapeutic effect.
