血清肿瘤标志物在结直肠癌诊断中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨血清肿瘤标志物在结直肠癌诊断中的应用价值。方法将我院2018 年1 月—2019 年2 月共564 例结直肠癌患者纳入研究组,另选取同期500 例结直肠良性疾病以及500 例健康体检者,设为对照组1 和对照组2。分别检测三组CEA、CA19-9、CA242 以及CA50。结果研究组各项指标水平均高于对照组1 和对照组2,且对照组1 各项指标水平均高于对照组2,P < 0.05。研究组T4 期各项指标均高于T1 ~ T2 期、T3 期,且T3 期各项指标水平均高于T1 ~ T2 期,P < 0.05。淋巴结转移组各项指标水平均高于淋巴结未转移组,P < 0.05。结论CEA、CA19-9、CA242 以及CA50 联合检测在结直肠癌诊断中具有较高的应用价值,且能对肿瘤的分期及转移情况进行鉴别诊断。Objective To investigate the value of serum tumor markers in the diagnosis of colorectal cancer. Methods 564 patients with colorectal cancer in our hospital from January 2018 to February 2019 were enrolled in the study group. Another 500 patients with benign colorectal diseases and 500 healthy people were selected as control group 1 and control group 2. CEA, CA19-9, CA242 and CA50 were detected in three groups. Results The levels of each index in the study group were higher than those in the control group 1 and 2, and those in the control group 1 were higher than those in the control group 2, P < 0.05. The indexes of T4 stage in the study group were higher than those of T1~T2 stage and T3 stage, and the indexes of T3 stage were higher than those of T1~T2 stage, P < 0.05. The indexes of lymph node metastasis group were higher than those of lymph node nonfmetastasis group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The combined detection of CEA, CA19-9, CA242 and CA50 has high application value in the diagnosis of colorectal cancer, and can differentiate the staging and metastasis of tumors.
