摘　　要：目的研究油菜籽对小鼠结直肠癌的预防作用。方法 2018 年4月—2019 年3 月,对80 只昆明小鼠随机分为肿瘤模型组,低、高剂量油菜籽预防组,正常对照组,单纯油菜籽组。其中单纯油菜籽组给予含5%油菜籽基础饲料自由饮食。肿瘤模型组和预防组以氧化偶氮甲烷(azoxymethane,AOM)10 mg/kg 腹腔注射,每周1 次,预防组分别喂饲含2.5%和5.0%油菜籽的饲料。观察动物的一般表现,计算肿瘤发生率,进行组织病理学检查。结果高剂量预防组小鼠的平均体质量(46.06±1.56)g,高于肿瘤模型组(41.47±1.39)g,差异具有统计学意义(P < 0.05);高剂量预防组肿瘤发生率45%,低于肿瘤模型组90%,差异具有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论油菜籽对于AOM 所诱发的结直肠癌具有一定的预防作用,可应用于未来结直肠癌防治的研究。Objective To study the chemopreventive effect of rapeseed on colorectal cancer in mice. Methods From April 2018 to March 2019, 80 Kunming mice were randomly divided into cancer model group, low and high dose rapeseed prevention group, normal control group and simple rapeseed group. The simple rapeseed group was fed a mixed diet containing 5% basic rapeseed feed. Tumor model group and prevention group were intraperitoneally injected with 10 mg/kg azoxymethane (AOM) once a week. The prevention group was fed with 2.5% and 5.0% rapeseed feed, respectively. The general manifestations of the animals were observed, the incidence of tumors was calculated, and the histopathological examination was carried out. Results The average body mass of mice in the high dose prophylaxis group was (46.06±1.56) g, which was higher than that in the tumor model group (41.47±1.39) g, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The incidence of tumors in the high dose prophylaxis group was 45%, which was lower than that in the model group (90%), P < 0.05. Conclusion Rapeseed has a certain preventive effect on AOM-induced colorectal cancer, and can be used in the future research on the prevention and treatment of colorectal cancer.
