摘　　要：目的分析无缝隙护理策略对手术室护理质量的影响。方法选取2017 年3 月—2018 年10 月的176 例行择期手术治疗患者,随机将入选176 例患者分为观察组(88 例)与对照组(88 例)。对照组采取常规手术室护理模式,观察组则采取无缝隙手术室护理策略。观察两组患者手术室医院感染和术中压疮发生率,同时采用状态焦虑(S-AI评分)和特质焦虑(T-AI 评分)比较两组患者护理前后焦虑情绪变化,最后比较两组患者对临床护理的满意情况。结果观察组手术室医院感染和术中压疮发生率均低于对照组(P < 0.05);观察组护理干预前后S-AI 评分和T-AI 评分改善幅度以及对临床护理的满意度高于对照组(P < 0.05)。结论无缝隙护理策略能够有效降低手术室医院感染和术中压疮的发生率,缓解患者的焦虑抑郁情绪,从而能够有效提高患者对手术室护理的满意度。Objective To analyze the influence of seamless nursing strategy on the quality of operating room nursing. Methods 176 patients who underwent elective surgical treatment from March 2017 to October 2018 were randomly selected and divided into observation group (88 cases) and control group (88 cases). The control group adopted the conventional operating room nursing mode, while the observation group adopted the seamless operating room nursing strategy. The incidence of nosocomial infection and intraoperative pressure sores in the operating room of the two groups were observed. Meanwhile, the changes of anxiety before and after nursing in the two groups were compared using state anxiety (S-AI score) and trait anxiety (T-AI score). Finally, the satisfaction of the two groups with clinical nursing was compared. Results The incidence of nosocomial infection and intraoperative pressure sores in the operating room in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The improvement of S-AI score and T-AI score before and after nursing intervention and the satisfaction with clinical nursing in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Seamless nursing strategy can effectively reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection and intraoperative pressure sores in the operating room, relieve patients' anxiety and depression, and thus effectively improve patients' satisfaction with the operating room nursing.
