摘　　要：“治未病”理念的核心思想是预防,它包括未病先防、既病防变、病后防复三个层面。面对当今医学模式经历的巨大变革,治未病理念与全球医疗导向完全契合,也符合时代发展的大趋势,以健康为中心、治未病之人。二级中医院承载着社区百姓“预防、保健、康复”的职能,发挥中医院的特色、提升服务能力和质量,构建治未病模式下的预防保健服务体系,加大宣传、营造治未病氛围,构建具有中医特色的“治未病”品牌,为二级中医院持续发展提供广阔的前景。The key thought of the idea of "preventive of diseases" is prevention,it includes three aspects: preventing measures taken before the occurrence of disease,Prevent disease from changing,and Prevent recurrence after illness. With the change of medical pattern,the idea of "preventive of diseases" corresponds with global health completely,it also accord with the concept of "Health first" which adapts to the trends of the times. The second-class traditional Chinese medicine hospital can provide the local residents with comprehensive services including prevention, rehabilitation and healthcare. Under the idea of "preventive of diseases" opportunity,we bring traditional Chinese medicine hospital's characteristics into full play,and enhance the service capability and quality,build the preventive system in the "preventive of diseases" mode,we step up publicity to create atmosphere and build the "preventive of diseases" service brand,It provides a broad prospect for the development of secondary hospital of traditional Chinese medicine.
