自拟健脾袪湿汤治疗膝关节滑膜炎的临床体会

摘　　要：目的探讨健脾祛湿法治疗膝关节滑膜炎的临床疗效。方法通过口服及外敷中药观察60例门诊患者采用自拟健脾袪湿汤治疗前后膝关节肿胀、疼痛及功能活动的变化。结果60例患者中服药最多40剂,最少14剂;治愈41例,显效10例,有效8例,无效1例,总有效率为98.3%。结论健脾祛湿汤治疗膝关节滑膜炎疗效肯定。Objective Discusses the spleen method of clearing damp clinical curative effect for the treatment of knee joint synovitis.Methods Observation of 60 patients before and after treatment of knee joint swelling by oral administration and external application of Chinese medicine,changes in pain and functional activities.Results 60 patients took up to 40 doses,14 doses at least,41 cases were cured,10 cases were effective,8 cases were effective,and 1 case was invalid,the total effective rate was 98.3%.Conclusion Certainly Jianpiqushi soup in the treatment of knee joint synovitis curative effect.
