各向同性石墨密封材料毛坯焙烧过程机理的探讨及工艺曲线优化

摘　　要：各向同性石墨在石墨密封中的应用日趋广泛,但其生产与国外相差甚远,本文通过对其制备过程中焙烧过程机理进行深入探讨并对生产工艺曲线进行优化,得到成品率达到90%,体积密度为1.61-1.63g/cm^3一次焙烧坯料。Isotropic graphite is widely used in graphite sealing, but its production is far from that of foreign countries. Through thorough discussion on the mechanism of roasting process in its preparation process and optimization of production process curve, the final product rate reaches 90%, and the bulk density is 1.61-1.63 g/cm^3.
