摘  要:本研究对安钢常用高炉原料进行熔滴性能试验检测,分析熔滴性能差异。为了解安钢高炉炉料配比结构对熔滴性能的影响,以及与高炉顺行的关系,本试验模拟高炉炉料配比进行高温熔滴试验。通过对实验结果和高炉当期生产指标的分析,提出改善高炉运行指标的建议,为高炉优化炉料配比,提供参考。The droplet properties of blast furnace raw materials in Anyang Steel were tested and the differences of droplet properties were analyzed. In order to understand the influence of burden ratio on droplet performance and the relationship with blast furnace running , the high temperature droplet test was carried out by simulating burden ratio of blast furnace in Anyang Steel. Based on the analysis of the experimental results and the current production quota of blast furnace , suggestions for improving the operation quota of blast furnace are put forward , which can provide reference for optimizing burden ratio of blast furnace.
