中医药健康服务在养老服务体系建设中的供给研究——以云南为例

摘　　要：目的:以云南为例分析中医药健康服务在养老服务体系建设中的发展现状、存在的问题,并为推动其发展提出建议。方法:通过查阅全国和云南省的卫生统计年鉴,采用问卷调查等方式收集并分析数据。结果:中医学在老年病治疗和康复方面的优势日渐凸显,但仍存在中医药健康服务与养老产业融合不够、中医药健康服务供需不平衡、中医药康养服务专业人才匮乏等问题。结论:应借助中医医院诊疗技术优势,引导建设以社区为中心的中医药健康养老服务网络;引导、鼓励社会资本进入中医药康养服务领域;拓宽老年人群的健康教育渠道;培养中医药康养人才;鼓励居民使用中医药健康养老服务,探索中医药康养付费方式。Objective: Taking Yunan as an example to analyze the development of supply of TCM health service in the construction of elderly care service and providing reference for promoting its future development.Methods: The data were collected from Health Statistical Yearbook of China and Yunnan, as well as the questionnaire. Results: The advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment and rehabilitation of geriatric diseases are becoming increasingly prominent. But there are still some problems, such as insufficient integration of traditional Chinese medicine health service and pension industry, unbalanced supply and demand of traditional Chinese medicine health service, and shortage of professionals in traditional Chinese medicine health service.Conclusion: The government should take advantage of the diagnosis technology in TCM hospital to guide the construction of a community-centered TCM health care network for the aged, take measures to guides social capital to provide this services, to broaden the health education channels for the elderly, to cultivate talents of traditional Chinese medicine, to encourage the elderly to use this service and explore the ways of paying for service in Chinese medicine for the elderly.
