摘 要:目的:探讨羚羊角粉对酵母致热大鼠的解热作用机制。方法:皮下注射酵母混悬液建立大鼠发热模型,造模后测定1、4、6、8、10 h肛温,应用酶联免疫法(ELISA)测定大鼠血清肿瘤坏死因α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)及下丘脑前列腺素E2(PGE2)、环磷酸腺苷(c AMP)含量。结果:模型组大鼠在造模后的10 h内体温均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),表明成功建立大鼠发热模型;羚羊角粉组和阿司匹林组有明显的解热效果,且可降低大鼠血清中TNF-α、IL-6和下丘脑中PGE2、cAMP含量。结论:羚羊角粉对酵母致发热大鼠有明显的退热作用,其作用可能与下调血清TNF-α、IL-6及下丘脑PGE2、cAMP水平有关。Objective: To investigate the antipyretic effect of Saigae Tataricae Cornu powder on yeast-induced febris rats. Methods: Rat model of infectious fever was established by yeast suspension. The anus temperature was monitored at 1 h, 4 h, 6 h, 8 h and 10 h after modeling. Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was used to determine the levels of serum TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6 and the cAMP and PGE2 in hypothalamus. Results: The temperature in model group after 10 h was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05), indicating fever in the rat model was successfully established;Saigae Tataricae Cornu powder and aspirin(ASP) groups had significant antipyretic effect, and reduced the content of rat plasma TNF-α, IL-6 and PGE2 and c AMP in the hypothalamus significantly. Conclusion: Saigae Tataricae Cornu powder had an obvious antipyretic tendency for yeast type fever rats. Its mechanism might be related to down level of TNF-α and IL-6 on the serum and PGE2 and cAMP in hypothalamic.
