摘 要:通过试验研究了玄武岩纤维掺量对再生粗骨料取代率50%的再生混凝土抗压、劈裂抗拉以及抗折强度的影响,为其在玄武岩纤维再生混凝土(BFRAC)的研究和实际工程应用中提供参考。结果表明:再生粗骨料取代率为50%,玄武岩纤维掺量为6kg/m时,BFRAC的立方体抗压、轴心抗压、劈裂抗拉、抗折强度较未掺玄武岩纤维的再生混凝土分别提高了 12.8%、3.1%、48.8%、10.5%;BFRAC的峰值应变在0.001900-0.002120;BFRAC的单轴受压应力-应变本构关系全曲线与普通混凝土相似,玄武岩纤维对再生混凝土的延性起到积极作用。In this paper, the effects of different basalt fiber content on the compressive strength, splitting tensile strength and flexural strength of recycled concrete under 50% replacement rate of recycled aggregate were studied by using basalt fiber. Provide a theoretical reference for the research and practical engineering applications of basalt fiber recycled aggregate concrete (BFRAC). The results show that when the replacement ratio of recycled coarse aggregate is 50% and the amount of basalt fiber is 6 kg/m, the compressive strength of BFRAC is 12.8% higher than that of RAC , the axial compressive strength is increased by 3」%,the splitting tensile strength is increased by 48.8%,and the flexural strength is increased by 10.5%;The peak strain of BFRAC is between 0.001900 and 0.002120. The uniaxial compressive stress-strain constitutive relationship of basalt fiber recycled concrete is similar to ordinary concrete, at the same time, the fiber plays a positive role in the ductility of recycled concrete.
