氟铝络合物制备无碱液体速凝剂及性能研究

摘　　要：采用Al(OH)3、Mg(OH)2与氢氟酸、氟硅酸制备不同的氟铝络合溶液,然后以硫酸铝、氟铝络合溶液、柠檬酸、分散增强剂、稳定剂为原料合成无碱液体速凝剂。主要研究了氟铝络合物种类和用量对速凝剂pH值、稳定性及其对水泥凝结时间、胶砂强度的影响和与水泥的适应性。结果表明,Al-Mg-Si-F络合物中Al、Mg、Si、F离子浓度分别为0.07、0.015、0.04、0.24mol/kg时,无碱液体速凝剂的性能最佳;该无碱液体速凝剂掺量为4%~5%时,与5种不同水泥具有良好的适应性,净浆和砂浆性能符合JC477-2005《喷射混凝土用速凝剂》要求,稳定期大于3个月。同时也符合GB/T 35159-2017《喷射混凝土用速凝剂》的要求。Aluminum fluoride complex solution was prepared by industrial Al (OH) 3 and/or Mg (OH) 2 with HF and/or fluorosilicic acid, and then alkali .free liquid accelerator was synthesized with aluminum s*ulfate aluminum fluoride complex s*olution citric acid佲disperse reinforcer and stabilizer as main raw materials. The effects of different dosage of fluorine -aluminum complex and different kinds of fluorine-aluminum complex solution on pH value and stability of accelerator, setting time of cement strength of mortar and adaptability of different cement were studied. The results show that the properties of Al-Mg-Si-F complex accelerator with various ion concentrations of 0.07,0.015,0.04 and 0.24 mol/kg are the best. The 4%~5% dosage range of the alkali -free liquid accelerator can satisfy the requirements of JC 477-2005 standard,and has good adaptability to five cement from different areas. The stable period is longer than 3 months. At the same time, it also meets the requirements of the new standard GB/T 35159.2017 "Accelerator for Shotcrete" about alkali-free accelerator.
