摘　　要：随着信息技术的迅猛发展和互联网技术的广泛应用,各行各业的工作开展都需要借助于信息化建设得到改进。特别是对于医院的人事档案工作来说,通过采取信息化方法,有助于达到精细化的管理效果,这对于推动医院其他管理工作,取得更大的工作成效和社会效益有着非常重要的作用,需要在理论上和实践中进行探讨。本文系统地分析了医院人事档案相关工作开展情况,有针对性地提出改进策略。with the rapid development of information technology and the wide application of Internet technology, the work of various industries needs to be improved by means of information construction. Especially for the personnel file work of the hospital, it is helpful to achieve the meticulous management effect by adopting the information method, which can promote the other management work of the hospital and obtain more work results. Social benefits play a very important role and need to be discussed in theory and practice. This paper systematically analyzes the related work of hospital personnel files, and puts forward the improvement strategy.
