摘　　要：目的:探讨经阴道四维超声造影(4D-HyCoSy)结合宫腔压力检查对输卵管通畅性的评估价值.方法:选取2015年1月至2018年1月不孕症患者200例,随机分为四压组和四维组,每组100例,四维组给予4D-HyCoSy检查,四压组在此基础上给予宫腔压力检查.结果:在评估不孕症患者输卵管通畅、通而不畅、阻塞的符合率及总符合率方面,四压组分别为86.36%、80.00%、94.44%、88.00%,四维组分别为80.00%、45.45%、78.95%、72.00%,四压组通而不畅符合率、阻塞符合率、总符合率明显高于四维组,四压组疼痛分级明显低于四维组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:4D-HyCoSy结合宫腔压力检查可有效提高不孕症患者输卵管通畅性的评估价值,减少患者疼痛.Objective: To discuss the evaluation value of transvaginal four-dimensional contrast-enhanced ultrasound(4 D-HyCoSy)combined intrauterine pressure examination for tubal patency. Methods: 200 patients with infertility were selected from January 2015 and January 2018, they were randomly divided into four pressure group and four-dimensional group, 100 cases in each group, fourdimensional group was given the 4 D-HyCoSy examination, four pressure group on the basis was given the uterine cavity pressure examination. Results: In the tubal patency, partially obstructed, obstruction coincidence rate and total coincidence rate of evaluating in patients with infertility, the four pressure group were 86.36%, 80.00%, 94.44%, 88.00%, the four-dimensional group were 80.00%,45.45%, 78.95%, 72.00%, the partially obstructed, obstruction coincidence rate and total coincidence rate in the four pressure group were significantly higher than those in the four-dimensional group, the pain classification in the four pressure group was significantly lower than that in the four-dimensional group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: 4 D-HyCoSy combined uterine pressure examination can effectively improve the evaluation value of tubal patency in patients with infertility, it can reduce the pain of patients.
