超声引导下收肌管阻滞对膝关节镜清理术后患者疼痛及炎症反应的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析超声引导下收肌管阻滞对膝关节镜清理术后患者疼痛及炎症反应的影响.方法:选取2015年3月至2018年3月孝感市中心医院膝关节镜清理术后患者200例,依据随机数字表法分为超收组和静脉组,每组100例,静脉组给予静脉镇痛,超收组在此基础上给予超声引导下收肌管阻滞.结果:超收组术后12、24、48h VAS得分、TNF-α、IL-6、镇痛泵按压次数明显低于静脉组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),超收组不良反应发生率明显低于静脉组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:超声引导下收肌管阻滞联合静脉镇痛可有效改善膝关节镜清理术后患者疼痛、炎症反应及减少镇痛泵按压次数,有利于减少不良反应.Objective: To discuss the effect of ultrasound-guided adductor block on pain and inflammatory response after knee arthroscopic debridement. Methods: 200 patients with postoperative knee arthroscopy were selected from March 2015 to March2018, according to the random distribution, all patients were divided into overcollecting group(100 cases)and venous group(100 cases), venous group was given intravenous analgesia, overcollecting group on the basis was given ultrasound guided myotube block.Results: The 12, 24, 48 h after operation of VAS score, TNF-α、IL-6 and analgesia pump pressure times of overcollecting group was significantly lower than those of venous group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions of overcollecting group was significantly lower than those of venous group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Ultrasound guided myotube block combined with intravenous analgesia can effectively improve the pain, inflammatory response, and reduce the pressure times of the analgesia pump after knee arthroscopy, and it is beneficial to reduce the adverse reaction.
