摘　　要：目的:探讨实施PDCA循环法模式对提高手术室器械管理质量的作用及效果.方法:以2017年1月海南省人民医院手术室器械管理实施PDCA循环法为时间节点,将2016年1—12月手术室各类器械作为对照组,实施常规管理,将2017年1—12月各类器械作为观察组,实施PDCA循环法管理,观察比较两组手术器械非正常损耗数、遗失数、故障率、使用率及清洗、消毒、包装质量评分.结果:经过数据统计发现,实施PDCA循环法管理后,观察组手术室器械非正常损耗数、遗失数、故障率均低于对照组,手术器械使用率及清洗、消毒、包装质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:将PDCA循环法应用于手术室器械管理,能提高手术器械的使用效率和维护质量,有助于日常手术器械的管理,保障患者的健康,临床效果明显,值得推广应用.Objective: To explore the effect of PDCA cycle method on improving the quality of instrument management in the operating room. Methods: With the implementation of PDCA cycle method in the operating room instrument management of our hospital in January 2017 as the time node, all kinds of instruments in the operating room of our hospital from January to December2016 were considered as the control group, the routine management was implemented, various types of instruments from January to December 2017 were considered as the observation group, and the PDCA cycle method was implemented. The number of abnormal loss, the number of missing, failure rate, utilization and cleaning, disinfection, and packaging quality score of two groups of surgical instruments were observed and compared. Results: According to data statistics, it is found that after the implementation of PDCA cycle method management the number of abnormal loss, the number of missing and failure rate of the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and utilization and cleaning of operating room instruments, disinfection and packaging quality score of the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of PDCA cycle method in the management of operating room instruments can improve the use efficiency and maintenance quality of surgical instruments,contribute to the management of daily surgical instruments, and ensure the health of patients with obvious clinical effects. It is worthy of promotion and application.
