摘　　要：目的:研究基于住院医生站的电子交接班系统实现方法.方法:划分值班医生、科主任、医务部三级角色,根据不同的角色设计系统功能模块.结果:电子交接班全面替代了纸质书写的交接班记录,在系统中形成完整的电子交接班数据库.结论:电子交接班系统的实施,提高了医生交接班记录书写效率和内容完成质量,保证医生诊疗的连续性和完整性,为职能部门提供监管和质量改进依据.Objective: To study the method of electronic shift system based on in-patient doctor workstation. Methods: To divide the three roles of duty doctor, department director and medical department, and systematic functional modules are designed according to different roles. Results: The records of the electronic shift system take place of the records of paperwork;electronic shift records database is completed in the system. Conclusion: The implementation of the electronic shift system has improved the writing efficiency and content completion quality of the doctor's shift record. It also guarantees the continuity and integrity of doctors' diagnosis and treat, providing evidence of supervision and improvement for functional departments.
