摘　　要：某产品是由钢丝筛网组成的半球形零件,因其材料与形状的特殊性,采用常规的冲压生产无法成形。在查阅大量资料的基础上,应用流体成形技术,改进原生产工艺,设计制造了简易的流体成形模具,经反复实践之后达到了产品质量要求,保证了生产进度。本课题的研究对同类零件的生产具有一定的参考与借鉴作用。The product is a hemispherical part consisting of a steel wire screen.Because of the particularity of its material and shape,it is impossible to use conventional stamping production.On the basis of consulting a large amount of data,the fluid molding technology is applied to improve the original production process.After repeated practice,the fluid molding mould,which is simple to be designed and manufactured,has reached the product quality requirement and ensured the production progress.The research of this subject provides some reference for the production of similar parts.
