完善海西高校大学生就业创业校园指导之探讨

摘　　要：面对越来越严峻的大学生就业形势,海西高校要在社会各界压力下实现就业目标,保障学子前程,同时寻求自身的稳步发展,就必须建立与时俱进、科学合理的就业创业指导体系。通过分析海西高校大学生就业创业现状、指导体系特征和面临的挑战,提出完善海西高校大学生就业创业的校园指导意见。福建高校要结合海西建设实际,引导学生树立正确海西就业观念,加强海西就业创业社团建设,同时畅通高校社会双向渠道,提高人才培养质量和人才培养目标的吻合度,以成就海西青年的置业梦。Facing more and more severe employment situation with college students, the universities in West Coast Economic Region have to achieve the employment goals like protecting students’ future and seeking their own steady development under the pressure from all sectors of society. Based on this background, it is necessary for university to establish a scientific and reasonable employment and entrepreneurship system. Focus on the employment and entrepreneurship status of college students in West Coast Economic Region, characteristics and challenges of the employment and entrepreneurship system, propose the campus guidance for improving the college students’ employment and entrepreneurship in West Coast Economic Region, like guidance to establish the correct concept of employment in West Coast Economic Region, strengthen the construction of employment and entrepreneurship league, unblock the way of university and society. Combine the reality with the construction of West Coast Economic Region, the university improve the quality of personnel training and the goal of training talents, In order to achieve the Home dreams of Haixi youth.
