摘　　要：政府投资工程项目与非政府投资工程项目有很大的区别,其在项目功能定位、资金来源、资金监管等方面都有别于其他项目的特点与要求,加强对政府投资工程项目招投标即实施过程的监管,对项目本身建设及功能发挥等都有重要意义。本文就上述问题进行了一定的分析、探讨,以资能够强化政府投资工程项目招投标工作的监管。The government investment process project is very different from the non-government investment process project. It has different characteristics from other projects in terms of project function positioning, funding sources, and fund supervision. It strengthens the implementation of government investment process project bidding. The supervision of the process is of great significance to the construction of the project itself and the functioning of the project.
