冠脉介入治疗65岁及以上冠心病心绞痛患者的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探究冠脉介入治疗65 岁及以上冠心病心绞痛患者的临床安全性和治疗效果。方法选取2017-02 至 2018-02 期间在吉林省人民医院心内科接受治疗的118 例65 岁及以上冠心病心绞痛患者,按治疗方法的不同分为对照组(给予标准化药物治疗)与观察组(在标准化药物治疗基础上给予冠脉介入治疗),每组59 人。比较两组患者的治疗效果及心功能指数。结果观察组患者治疗有效率为91.5%(54/59),高于对照组的59.3%(35/59),差异有统计学意义(χ^2 =12.546, P=0.001)。观察组治疗后射血分数、左心室内径和脑钠肽改变情况均优于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冠脉介入治疗65 岁及以上冠心病心绞痛患者疗效显著,能有效提高患者的生活质量,建议在临床推广使用。Objective The objective of this study was to investigate the clinical safety and efficacy of coronary intervention in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease aged 65 years and over. Methods 118 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease aged 65 years and above who were treated in the department of cardiology, People's Hospital of Jilin Province from February 2017 to February 2018 were divided into control group (given standardized drug treatment) and observation group (given coronary intervention treatment on the basis of standardized drug treatment), 59 in each group. The therapeutic effect and cardiac function index of the two groups were compared. Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 91.5%(54/59), which was higher than 59.3%(35/59) in the control group (χ^2 =12.546, P=0.001). After treatment, the changes of ejection fraction, left ventricular diameter and brain natriuretic peptide in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and there was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusions Coronary interventional therapy for angina pectoris patients aged 65 and over has a significant effect, which can effectively improve the quality of life of patients. It is recommended that it be widely used in clinical practice.
