摘  要:对雷达的性能进行测试时,要求雷达阵面正对空间目标。为此文章研制了雷达仿真实验平台的运动系统。运动系统中电控系统的上位机可编程逻辑控制器(programmable logic controller,PLC)和下位机之间采用基于RS485自由口通信的方式进行通信,并控制机械执行机构实现直线运动、俯仰运动和方位运动,使位于雷达仿真实验平台上的雷达阵面准确追踪空间目标;为保证运动精度,系统采用编码器对雷达的位置参数进行检测;接收检测信号,运算后通过自由口通信将信号传递至上位机PC,再由PC发送指令到PLC,控制执行机构运转实现系统的闭环控制。实验结果表明,该平台能够可靠稳定地实现相同结构雷达的定位功能。The radar array needs to be aimed at the space target when its performance are tested. Therefore,the motion system of radar simulation test platform is developed. The motion system consists of mechanical system and electronic system including PC,programmable logic controller(PLC),encoders and so on. The electronic control system controls the linear,pitch and yaw movement of mechanical actuators in order to make the radar array on platform track space target accurately. To ensure movement precision,closed-loop control strategy is employed. In this control system,encoders are used to monitor the movement parameters of the platform. These parameters are sent to PLC and transferred to PC. The communication between PC and PLC is carried out via the mode of free port communication based on RS485. Experiments show that the platform can realize the positioning function of radars with the same structures reliably and stably.
