摘 要:贵金属加氢催化剂广泛应用于精细化学品、药物和功能材料的合成中,以改进催化剂制备方法来提高其活性、选择性或稳定性一直是该领域研究热点。而采用掺杂碳材料作为催化剂载体是改善贵金属催化剂加氢性能的一种有效途径。文章系统总结了掺氮、掺硫及其它掺杂碳材料的制备方法,介绍了不同制备方法对碳材料中杂原子含量、物化性质的影响;并概述了掺杂碳载体负载贵金属催化剂在硝基苯类化合物、共轭羰基、苯酚催化加氢以及在加氢脱卤等反应中的应用情况,掺杂催化剂均展现出了优异的催化性能。Noble metal catalysts are widely used in the synthesis of fine chemicals, pharmaceuticals and functional materials, and improvement of catalyst preparation to improve catalyst activity, selectivity and stability is a hot research topic. Doped carbon materials are effective catalyst supports to improve the catalytic performance of noble metal catalysts. This article systematically summarizes the preparation methods of nitrogen-doped, sulfur-doped and other element doped carbon materials. The effects of different preparation methods on the content of heteroatoms and physicochemical properties of the carbon supports are introduced. Doped carbon material supported noble metals are applied in catalytic hydrogenation of benzenes, conjugated carbonyls, phenols, and also used in hydrodehalogenation reactions, which exhibit excellent catalytic performance.
