摘  要:从西藏社会经济运行规律和高等教育内外部关系规律出发,西藏高等教育结构优化的学理策略应遵循动态适应性原则、整体优化原则、适度超前原则和统筹协调原则。同时,应从实践层面探索区内外、区属与非区属、本专科以及研究生教育的学科专业结构,以实现统筹全局、分类建设、分工定位、特色发展。The paper follows the social economic operation rules in Tibet and the rules of internal and external relationships in higher education.It focuses on the four basic principles of the optimization of higher education in Tibet from the academic level.That is,the principle of dynamic adaptability,the principle of global optimization,the principle of appropriate advancement and the principle of overall coordination.At the same time,the paper explores and puts forward a disciplinary professional structure covering the inside and outside the district,subsidiary and non-subsidiary,colleges and universities,as well as the postgraduate education from the practical level.The paper also proposes countermeasures to coordinate the overall situation,classify the construction,divide the labor orientation and carry out characteristic development.
