摘 要:【目的】中华沙鳅( Sinibotia superciliaris )是主要分布于长江中上游水系的重要的经济鱼类之一,近年来野生资源逐少,开展中华沙鳅繁殖性能相关的研究对其种质资源保护和经济价值的开发具有重要意义。【方法】本试验采集繁殖前期、繁殖期和繁殖后期的中华沙鳅卵巢组织和血液样本,采用组织切片法方法进行了卵巢组织学特征观察,并进行了血液生化指标测定。【结果】组织学特征表明,中华沙鳅繁殖前期卵巢内以第Ⅱ时相卵母细胞为主,可见少量第Ⅲ时相卵母细胞;繁殖期以第Ⅳ时相卵母细胞为主,可见少数第Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ时相卵母细胞;繁殖后期卵巢中以第Ⅱ时相卵母细胞为主,可见少量的第Ⅲ时相和第Ⅵ时相卵母细胞,核周细胞质内出现空泡。中华沙鳅第Ⅱ时相卵母细胞直径约50~110 μm;第Ⅲ时相卵母细胞直径约110~260 μm;第Ⅳ时相卵母细胞直径约470~720 μm;第Ⅴ时相卵母细胞胞直径约700~950 μm。血液生化指标表明:中华沙鳅繁殖过程中总胆固醇(CHOL)、甘油三酯(TG)、白蛋白(ALB)等血液生化指标呈先上升后降低趋势,碱性磷酸酶(ALP)则呈现出先降低后上升的变化趋势,丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、血糖(GLU)、总蛋白(TP)、球蛋白(GLO)等血液生化指标呈逐渐上升趋势,而天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)则呈逐渐下降的变化趋势,但均未呈现出显著差异。【结论】本研究为中华沙鳅繁殖过程中卵母细胞变化规律、不同时期的卵径和血液生化指标提供参考数据,为进一步探究中华沙鳅繁殖过程中卵巢发育特点、提高中华沙鳅繁殖力和了解其繁殖期健康状况提供理论依据。【Objective】 Sinibotia superciliaris (Gunther,1892) generally inhabits the middle and the bottom of the rivers and the streams with swift currents,which mainly distribute in the main river and tributaries of the upper and middle Yangtze river. The resource of this species has seriously declined in recent years,it is significance to the conservation of resources and the development of economic value of Sinibotia superciliaris .【Method】In this study,the ovarian tissue and blood samples of Sinibotia superciliaris in three stages (pre-spawning,spawning and post-spawning) were used to study the changes of ovarian histological characteristics and blood biochemical indices.【Result】The histological characteristics showed that there were a lot of phase Ⅱoocytes and a few phase Ⅲ oocytes in ovary at the pre-spawning stages;There were a lot of phase Ⅳoocytes and a few phase Ⅱ,phase Ⅲ and phase Ⅴ oocytes in ovarian at the spawning stages;There were a lot of phase Ⅱoocytes and a few phase Ⅲ and phase Ⅵ oocytes,and vacuoles appear in the cytoplasm around the nucleus in ovarian at the post-spawning stages of Sinibotia superciliaris . The diameter of phase Ⅱoocytes were 50-110 μm;The diameter of phase Ⅲ oocytes were 110-260 μm;The diameter of phase Ⅳ oocytes were 470-720 μm;The diameter of phase Ⅴ oocytes were 700-950 μm in ovary of Sinibotia superciliaris . The blood biochemical indexes showed that the plasma cholesterol (CHOL),triglyceride (TG) and albumin (ALB) showed a trend of rising first and then decreasing,the alkaline phosphatase (ALP) showed a trend of decreasing first and then rising,the alanine aminotransferase (ALT),glucose (GLU) contents,total protein (TP) content,and globulin (GLO) showed a trend of rising gradually,and otherwise,the aspartate aminotransferase (AST) showed a trend of decreasing gradually,but there were no significant difference in this study.【Conclusion】This study would provide reference data for the transformation law and diameters of oocytes and blood
