摘  要:目的探讨光固化导板结合3D打印模型在单侧颧骨复合体骨折中的使用价值。方法30例单侧颧骨复合体骨折患者,CT扫描图像获得原始数据,通过Minics17.0进行三维重建模型,模拟骨折复位,由3D打印机打印出复位后的三维头颅模型。利用光固化模型材料制做导板,术中引导骨折块复位。术后行CT扫描,使用geomagic测量实际手术与虚拟手术方案的误差,对手术效果进行评价。结果术后面宽及颧骨体高度左右对称。术后CT检查颧骨突度和面中部宽度均双侧对称,偏差色谱分析实际手术与虚拟手术方案的误差小。结论个体化光固化导板制作简便,手术中可指导折颧骨复合体骨折精确复位,简化手术过程,手术效果好。Objective To evaluate the value of light curing guide plate combined with 3D printing model in unilateral zygomatic complex fracture.Methods The original data of 30 patients with unilateral zygomatic complex fracture were obtained by CT scanning images.The three-dimensional reconstruction model was carried out by Minics17.0,the fracture reduction was simulated,and the three-dimensional skull model after reduction was printed out by 3D printer.The guide plate was made of light curing model material,and the fracture block was reduced during operation.After operation,CT scan was performed,geomagic was used to measure the error between actual operation and virtual operation,and the surgical effect was evaluated.Results After operation the width and the height of zygomatic body were symmetrical.CT examination showed the middle face were symmetrical on both sides,and the error between the actual operation scheme and the virtual operation scheme was small.Conclusion The individualized light-cured guide plate is simple to make,can guide the accurate reduction of zygomatic complex fracture,simplify the operation process,and the operation effect is good.
