精细化护理在预防骨肉瘤患者颈部双腔CVC导管滑脱的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨精细化护理在预防骨肉瘤患者颈部双腔中心静脉导管(CVC)滑脱的应用效果。方法选取颈部置入双腔CVC导管完成6周期化疗的骨肉瘤患者,2015年48例为对照组、给予常规护理,2016年54例为观察组、通过精细化管理理念找准颈部双腔CVC导管滑脱的关键问题、薄弱环节,给予精细化护理,比较2组患者导管滑脱发生情况和对导管滑脱预防的满意程度。结果对照组发生导管部分滑脱12例次(25%)、完全滑脱7例次(14.58%)、导管滑脱预防的满意程度2.77±0.19分,观察组发生导管部分滑脱6例次(11.11%)、完全滑脱3例次(5.56%)、导管滑脱的满意程度4.36±0.31分,2组比较差异具有显著统计学意义。结论在防止骨肉瘤患者颈部双腔CVC导管滑脱的护理过程中运用精细化护理,可以降低导管滑脱的发生率,提高患者对静脉治疗的满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of fine nursing in preventing cervical double-lumen central venous catheter (CVC) slippage in osteosarcoma patients. Methods Forty-eight osteosarcoma patients with cervical doublelumen CVC catheter were selected as the control group in 2015 and 54 cases as the observation group in 2016. The key problems and weaknesses of cervical double-lumen CVC catheter slippage were identified by the concept of fine management. Fine nursing was given. The occurrence of catheter slippage and the satisfaction of catheter slippage prevention were compared between the two groups. Degree. Results There were 12 cases (25%) of partial catheter slippage in the control group, 7 cases (14.58%) of complete catheter slippage, 2.77 (+0.19) of satisfaction degree of catheter slippage prevention in the control group, 6 cases (11.11%) of partial catheter slippage in the observation group, 3 cases (5.56%) of complete catheter slippage and 4.36 (+0.31) of satisfaction degree of catheter slippage in the two groups. Conclusion Fine nursing can reduce the incidence of catheter slippage and improve patients'satisfaction with intravenous therapy in the nursing process of preventing cervical double-lumen CVC catheter slippage in osteosarcoma patients.
