摘  要:改革开放四十年来,我国经济高速发展取得了举世瞩目的成绩,经济发展的动力已由投资、要素驱动转变为创新驱动。2015年党中央提出“大众创业、万众创新”的战略更加强调城乡协同发展,缩小城乡差距,在党的十九大报告中,习近平总书记提出了“乡村振兴战略”,而每年毕业的广大农村籍大学生作为建设的主力军,可为农村发展提供知识型人才支撑,要想解决三农问题,建设好新农村,提高农业现代化水平,为乡村振兴作出当代大学生应有的贡献。运用SWOT工具对农村籍大学生返乡创业就业进行分析,旨在提升大学生的农村融入意识,提高创业就业成功率,纾解困扰返乡大学生创业就业的难题。In the past 40 years of reform and opening-up, China has made remarkable achievements with its rapid economic development, which has been driven by innovation instead of investment or other factors. In 2015, the CPC central committee put forward the strategy of “mass entrepreneurship and innovation” with more emphasis on coordinated development between urban and rural areas to narrow the gap between urban and rural areas. In the 19th CPC national congress report, President Xi Jinping put forward the “strategy of rural revitalization”. As the main force of construction, the vast number of rural college students can provide knowledge-based talents for rural development. They are supposed to contribute to solving the problems of agriculture, rural areas and farmers, building a new countryside, improving the level of agricultural modernization and revitalizing rural areas. The paper applies SWOT to analysis of the entrepreneurship and employment of rural college students returning home, aiming at improving their awareness of rural integration, increasing the success rate of entrepreneurship and employment, and working out the difficulties of entrepreneurship and employment.
