摘　　要：中国特色社会主义进入新时代,社会主要矛盾的变化使政治安全的重要性和紧迫性得以提升,也对维护政治安全的方法和路径提出了新要求。理论与实践的双重逻辑决定了制度文明建设是推进新时代政治安全的根本保障:理念文明建设夯实政治安全的基石,规则文明建设筑牢政治安全的架构,机构文明建设增强维护政治安全的能力,设备文明建设改进维护政治安全的工具。从某种意义上讲,这也是新形势下践行总体政治安全观的必然要求与反映。唯如此,才能为政治安全竖立牢不可破的防线。Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered the new era. The change of principal contradictions of society has enhanced the importance and urgency of political security and put forward a new requirement for the methods and paths of maintaining political security. The double logic of theory and practice determines the system civilization construction is the fundamental guarantee for the political security of the new era: ideological civilization consolidates the cornerstone of political security, rule civilization strengthens the framework of political security, institution civilization enhances the ability of maintaining political security, and equipment civilization improves the tools of maintaining political security. In a sense, this is also the inevitable requirement for and reflection of practicing the overall political security concept under the new situation. Only in this way can we erect an unbreakable defensive line for political security.
