摘 要:通过介绍T型子模块、电容箝位子模块和二极管箝位子模块拓扑,提出一种基于T型子模块的改进电容箝位子模块拓扑。分析系统在故障时子模块各器件的电参数变化,从理论上确定其器件耐压特性和故障阻断能力。在MATLAB/Simulink平台上建立基于MMC的整流电路进行仿真,并与二极管箝位子模块和T型子模块进行了比较。研究结果表明:该子模块具有较强的故障处理能力。Therefore,an improved T-submodule was proposed on the basis of related types of MMC sub-module topology which have the ability of clearing DC fault current in this paper.By analyzing the change of various parameters of the sub-modules during the period of system malfunctioning,the device's withstand voltage characteristics and fault blocking capability were theoretically analyzed.To verify the blocking function of new sub-module and compare with DCSM and TMSM,an MMC-based rectifier circuit which consist of new submodule was built on the platform of MATLAB/Simulink for simulation,which shows that the new submodule has well performance.
