摘　　要：釆用优质工业氧化铝为原料,通过研究预处理工艺、回转窑锻烧工艺,生产出了氧化钠含量低于0.1%、原晶粒度小于1微米的低钠微晶氧化铝,产品晶粒均一、形貌完整、成本低,是生产微晶氧化铝陶瓷、微晶氧化铝磨料的理想原料。Using high quality industrial alumina as raw material, low-sodium microcrystalline alumina with sodium oxide content less than 0.1% and primary crystal size less than 1 micron was produced by pretreating raw material process and rotary kiln calcining process. The product has uniform crystal size, complete morphology and low cost, so it is the ideal material for microcrystalline alumina ceramic, microcrystalline aluminum oxide abrasive and so on.
