摘 要:燃气-铝液二段焙烧干法启动作为一种应急用的焙烧启动方法,融合了燃气焙烧和铝液焙烧的优点,可以减少停槽损失,节约大修费用和劳动量,具有快速启动和迅速恢复生产能力,能够满足电解铝企业非正常大量停槽后的电解槽二次启动。本文以某厂280kA铝电解槽为对象,介绍了燃气-铝液二段焙烧干法启动的应用过程。The method of gas-liquid aluminum baking and dry start which combines the advantages of gas baking and liquid aluminum baking as an emergency baking and start method can reduce the loss of cells shutting down, save cells, overhaul cost and labor, and has the ability to quickly n'start cells and rapidly resume normal production. It can satisfy the secondary start of large number of cells which are abnormally shutting down in short lime. In this paper, the application process of the gas-liquid aluminum baking and dry start on 280kA aluminum reduction cells was introduced.
