摘　　要：以青岛万达东方影都大剧院为例,结合新时期剧院建筑设计和技术应用的发展,阐述其设计理念及BIM技术应用。从“碧海银螺”的形态设计理念开始,再到幕墙、钢结构、管线、精装修的施工图设计和施工,甚至建造完成后的运维,都实现了大剧院项目全过程的BIM应用。With the development of the theater design and technology application in the new Period, this paper takes Qingdao Oriental Movie Metropolis Theater as an example, to introduce the design concept and the application of BIM technology. Starting from the morphological design named "Blue Ocean & Silver Conch", this project has achieved the whole process application of BIM. including the design and construction of curtain, steel structures, pipelines, decoration, and even the operation and maintenance in the future.
