摘 要:目的了解北京市2017年免疫规划疫苗接种率监测系统运转情况,评价报告接种率的水平和报告质量。方法使用按容量比例概率抽样法(probability proportional to size,PPS)开展接种率调查,对北京市2017年免疫规划疫苗报告接种率的可信性进行评价。结果北京市2017年本市户籍、非本市户籍儿童常规免疫规划疫苗各剂次报告接种率均>98.00%,全市同年1~3岁常住儿童免疫规划疫苗调查接种率均>99.00%,与报告接种率无差异。结论北京市常规免疫报告接种率监测系统运转良好,流动儿童与本市儿童免疫规划疫苗接种率均保持在较高水平,接种率常规监测数据质量可靠。Objective To analyze the status of surveillance system for routine immunization coverage of the National Immunization Program (NIP) vaccines in Beijing, 2017, and to evaluate the level of coverage and the quality of the reports. Methods The reliability of the reported coverage of the NIP vaccines was evaluated based on the survey of coverage rates by probability proportional to size (PPS) method. Results In 2017, the reported coverage rates for every dose of NIP vaccines were >98.00% for both local and migrant children in Beijing, while the investigated coverage rates of NIP vaccines among resident children of 1-3 years old were >99.00%. There was no statistically significant difference between the reported and investigated coverage rates. Conclusions The routine immunization surveillance system worked well. The coverage of NIP vaccines maintained at high level among mobile and local children in Beijing. The routine surveillance data of coverage were reliable.
